Description For Okta Engineer

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Okta Engineer to join their team in Washington, DC. This role is crucial in helping the US federal government enhance its security and technology infrastructure.

As an Okta Engineer, you will:

  • Administer, implement, and maintain Okta solutions
  • Analyze secure design, architecture, installation, configuration, hardening, and remediation for software applications
  • Develop strategies to respond to and recover from security breaches
  • Coordinate with customers, operations stakeholders, and the broader organization to align on requirements, standards, and implementation goals

Key requirements:

  • 1+ year of Cyber and/or IT experience
  • Hands-on experience administering and/or installing Okta
  • Experience gathering business requirements from clients

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience with government enterprise networks
  • Familiarity with NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and FISMA
  • Certifications in Identity & Access Management (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, ForgeRock) or Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper)
