As a Senior DevOps Engineer/Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward. You'll be responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, utilizing your expertise in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration, and Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring systems are safe against security threats
• Lead software development, release management, and product management initiatives
• Manage multiple development teams supporting various priorities
• Implement and optimize Agile development methodologies

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience with programming, software development, and build and release management
• 5 years of experience managing multiple development teams supporting various priorities
• 3 years of experience with CI/CD of large enterprise applications
• Active Top-Secret clearance
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• SAFe Certification
