Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform

We're seeking a talented individual to join Project Magenta, focusing on designing and implementing complex Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform business solutions. As a leader in this role, you'll:

• Engage with customers and partners to understand business needs and manage executive-level expectations
• Implement, configure, and customize Dynamics/Power Platform and Portal/Power Pages
• Integrate Azure services using Power Platform
• Lead medium to large teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing applications, including configuration, report development, and data migration
• Performing custom development and 3rd party integrations
• Conducting unit-testing and resolving defects
• Migrating changes to production
• Assisting with technical design and documentation
• Collaborating to build Power Platform solutions supporting business requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• C# programming skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps and continuous integration for Dynamics
• Expertise in designing/architecting Power App Solutions
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (Work Management, Git, CI/CD)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fluent UI

The base pay range for this position in eligible locations is $88,600 - $178,600 USD, with variations based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience.
