Description For Software Engineer

At Accenture Federal Services, we are seeking a Software Engineer to design new software features, fix deficiencies, and help with system integration. You will be responsible for producing efficient code based on client requirements, collaborating with team members, management, department heads, and customers to address end-user requirements and specifications. Your role will involve troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and improving existing software, as well as testing and deploying programs and applications. You'll also develop technical documentation and contribute to process improvements and opportunities for automation.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Professional work experience with C/C++ and Linux
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Golang
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or 2+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Willingness to work weekly onsite in San Diego, CA
  • US Citizenship required
  • Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain
