Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Workday Prism Developer to join their team of 13,000+ professionals dedicated to helping the US federal government strengthen national security and improve public services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects for defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health organizations.

As a Workday Prism Developer, you will be at the forefront of data analytics and reporting solutions for government clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting client sessions to analyze reporting requirements, providing solutions to complex business problems, and becoming a Workday PRISM expert. You'll work with various Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, and Talent, while developing deep knowledge of dashboards and embedded analytics.

This position requires a mix of technical expertise and consulting skills. You'll need an up-to-date Workday PRISM certification (or equivalent experience) and at least 4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large firm. Hands-on experience with Workday implementations and strong skills in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing are essential.

Responsibilities For Workday Prism Developer

  • Conduct sessions with clients to analyze reporting business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for clients
  • Become a Workday PRISM expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touch points with HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, Talent, Prism, and future product direction
  • Become a Workday PRISM expert with deep knowledge of dashboards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality
  • Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday PRISM report design and development
  • Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
  • Configure and test reports in the Workday system
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder collaboration to achieve project objectives
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Requirements For Workday Prism Developer

  • Existing and up to date Workday PRISM certification (or equivalent experience in PRISM) – must certify within 6 months of start date
  • 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
  • Hands-on experience delivering Workday implementations
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying reporting solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
