Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Civil Engineer 3, ANS

Accenture's Industry X, Infrastructure & Capital Projects division is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their team. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with project management responsibilities, focusing on infrastructure and capital projects. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and AI while delivering crucial infrastructure projects.

The role involves leading civil engineering projects, providing technical oversight, and ensuring safety integration in design processes. You'll be responsible for managing construction design drawings, specifications, and engineering support while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires regular field visits across SCE's extensive territory, from Santa Barbara County to the Nevada and Arizona borders.

As a senior team member, you'll mentor junior engineers and manage engineering contractors, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to schedules. The hybrid work arrangement includes office presence 2 days per week, with 1-2 days of field visits to various project sites.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of civil engineering experience, holds a PE license, and excels in stakeholder communication. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure projects while contributing to the digital transformation of project delivery methods.
