AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Acolad, you will:

• Transform AI models into production-ready applications
• Collaborate with the data science team to drive experimentation and rapid iteration
• Implement scalable AI solutions
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases
• Apply MLOps best practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI models

Key responsibilities include:

1. Deploying and optimizing ML/DL models for production environments
2. Developing LLM-native applications
3. Leveraging vector databases to enhance AI workflows
4. Collaborating closely with data scientists and product teams
5. Implementing MLOps best practices
6. Turning experimental models into production-ready applications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience deploying AI models
• Expertise in building AI-driven applications and services
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with vector databases
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Research and experimentation mindset
• MLOps knowledge
• Problem-solving and adaptability skills

Preferred skills include familiarity with prompt engineering techniques, experience in creating PoCs, and knowledge of caching strategies and cost optimization in LLM-based applications.
