Responsibilities For Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
- Lead innovation in LLM training and serving methodologies
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models
- Develop data pipelines for fintech domain challenges
- Optimize model architectures for performance and efficiency
- Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior team members
- Develop ML innovation roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Establish scalable MLOps processes
Requirements For Sr. Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or STEM-related field
- 5+ years of total software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, or machine learning engineering
- 3+ years of experience with modern cloud computing technologies
- Foundational knowledge with Generative AI, Transformer, fine tuning LLM, RAG improvement
- Experience tuning neural networks on custom datasets
- Experience with Huggingface, LangChain, chatbot development
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn, Matplotlib
