Description For DXP Support Engineer

Acquia is seeking a DXP Support Engineer to join their team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about web technologies, open-source, and helping others. As a DXP Support Engineer, you'll be assisting customers with data and product interface challenges, providing world-class support, and maintaining a deep understanding of Acquia's product architecture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resolving customer issues related to data and product interfaces
  • Creating and updating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Maintaining expertise in product architecture and functionality
  • Developing leadership skills through curiosity and ownership of issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technical support or similar role
  • Strong understanding of LAMP stack and command line/bash
  • Experience in site development, PHP, and Drupal 7/10
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • Ability and desire to form strong relationships with customers, teammates, and coworkers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology or Systems, or a related field
