Acquia is seeking a DXP Support Engineer with a passion for web, open-source, and helping others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LAMP stack, experience with Drupal, and excellent problem-solving skills.
As a DXP Support Engineer, you will:
- Assist customers by addressing and resolving data and product interface challenges
- Provide world-class support using problem-solving, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Create and update Knowledge-Base articles, Troubleshooting Guides, and FAQs
- Maintain a detailed understanding of product architecture and functionality
- Develop leadership skills through curiosity, ownership of issues, and mentoring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, IT, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years in technical support or similar role
- Experience with SaaS products and cloud technologies
- Strong command of LAMP stack and command line/bash
- Drupal 7/10 skills and PHP development experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software
