Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Acquia, a leader in digital experience platforms, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. This role is crucial in designing and delivering secure, highly available solutions for the Monsido platform. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Linux, Kubernetes, Ruby, Go-lang, Python, and various databases on GCP.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with Engineering and Support teams
• Automating tasks for diagnostics, scaling, healing, and deployments
• Developing solutions across infrastructure, network, and application layers
• Ensuring platform availability and performance
• Collaborating on customer issues
• Developing dashboards, monitors, and alerts
• Participating in on-call rotation

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-8 years of Unix/Linux OS administration experience
• Proficiency in computer network setup and debugging
• Competence with Kubernetes and application containerization
• Experience with public cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Skills in scripting languages and database administration
