Senior Backend Developer (Golang) with experience in Application Security

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Golang) with experience in Application Security to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Cyber Security and other Acronis services that protect data and ensure business continuity in any scenario. Your primary focus will be on developing resilient and secure solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and can handle huge loads and big volumes of real-time data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Cyber Security solutions using Go Lang
• Perform code reviews and integrate security improvements
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure the resilience of services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cyber Security services
• Analyze and optimize the performance of solutions
• Help teammates adhere to secure software development practices

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Go programming language
• Experience in Application Security and secure development processes
• Willingness to review source code and propose security improvements
• Knowledge of software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, multithreading, web services, REST API)
• Experience with build and deployment technologies, CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)
• Knowledge of database architecture and design
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of secure software development practices (OWASP SAMM, NIST 800-64, ISO/IEC 27034)
• Training and certifications in Secure Software Development (e.g., SANS Institute)
