Senior QA Engineer (CyberSecurity)

As a Senior QA Engineer in the Cybersecurity team at Acronis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our advanced cyber protection solutions for MSPs. Your responsibilities will include executing various types of tests (E2E, Component, Acceptance, Regression) and potentially developing automated tests. You'll work closely with Architects, Developers, and Cybersecurity Analysts to maintain high quality across all components.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with product managers, developers, and analysts to understand business and technical requirements
2. Executing functional tests (both automated and manual), reporting and processing defects
3. Designing test suites and cases
4. Collecting comprehensive and relevant data for bug investigation
5. Analyzing customer issues, investigating root causes, and participating in technical discussions with R&D teams

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Support Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance theory, principles, methodologies, and techniques
• An analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex logical problems
• Confident skills in basic Linux system operations, including software installation, network configuration, and general troubleshooting
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency
