Building Engineer - El Cortez

Action Property Management, established in 1984, has grown to become the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, serving over 300 communities through 9 offices. With nearly 900 dedicated team members, we're seeking a Full-Time Building Engineer for our El Cortez property in San Diego.

The role demands a skilled professional with at least 3 years of high-rise or mid-rise building engineering experience. As Building Engineer II, you'll be responsible for maintaining common areas, managing daily operations, and ensuring all building systems operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety systems will be essential.
