As a Shopify Developer at Activate Talent, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Shopify stores. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional e-commerce sites that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Development: Develop and maintain Shopify websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Theme Customization: Design, customize, and implement Shopify themes and templates.
• Functionality Enhancement: Customize Shopify functionalities using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Feature Implementation: Implement new features such as product pages, payment gateways, and custom plugins.
• API Integration: Work with Shopify's API to develop custom apps and integrations.
• Integration Management: Set up and manage third-party app integrations, payment gateways, and shipping solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize websites for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform & integrations.
• SEO and Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance SEO and integrate promotional campaigns.
• Stay Updated on eCommerce Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and tools.
• Version Control: Familiar with Git and other development tools for deployment.
• Testing and QA: Ensure all customizations are thoroughly tested for bugs.

This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, international team in the US (PST) timezone, contributing to the growth and success of e-commerce businesses through innovative Shopify development.
