Support Engineer

Activate Talent is seeking a Support Engineer to join their remote team. This role requires excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level) and at least 3 years of experience in software engineering or support engineering. The ideal candidate should have experience with administrator tooling such as Retool, ActiveAdmin, Django Admin, or similar tools.

As a Support Engineer at Activate Talent, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's software systems. You'll work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and improve the overall user experience.
