Software Engineer, Growth (Full-stack)

ActiveCampaign is seeking a Full-stack Software Engineer to join their Growth Team, focusing on revenue growth initiatives. As part of this role, you'll work within a cross-functional product team designing and implementing new features that directly impact business outcomes. The position involves working with both monolithic PHP & Python microservice architectures, handling full-stack development from backend APIs to frontend implementations.

The Growth Team is specifically focused on running revenue growth experiments within the ActiveCampaign product and implementing long-term revenue growth strategies, including customer purchase and upgrade flows, and billing management. You'll be working with a substantial user base of over 165,000 customers, requiring strong problem-solving and system optimization skills.

The technical environment is diverse and modern, incorporating both SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB), containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and frontend technologies including JavaScript, React, and jQuery. The role requires proficiency in automated testing using Playwright and familiarity with development tools like Gitlab, Vault, and Jira.
