Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes
  • Document issues and resolutions to build knowledge base
  • Provide technical training and support to end-users

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware, and common software applications
  • Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft preferred
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
