Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer
- Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve processes
- Document issues and resolutions to build knowledge base
- Provide technical training and support to end-users
Requirements For IT Support Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware, and common software applications
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft preferred
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
