Responsibilities For Senior Health & Safety Engineer

Maintain responsibility for overall safety on site and premises
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs and procedures
Deliver health and safety training sessions and workshops
Monitor and report on health and safety performance
Lead investigations of safety incidents
Work closely with project managers and engineers on safety integration
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and new technologies

Requirements For Senior Health & Safety Engineer

A degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in health and safety management
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices
Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety programs
Sense of responsibility for delivering a project, end to end
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Extra professional certification in health and safety (preferred)
Proficiency in health and safety management software and tools
Advanced analytical and reporting skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills
Attention to detail and focus on improvement
Driver's license required
