Responsibilities For Tech Solutions Engineer
- Install, configure, test and support hardware and software for innovative platforms (IoT, AR, and other)
- Testing and evaluating of new technology solutions
- Perform testing of systems and solutions to ensure compatibility and optimal performance
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather technical requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation for procedures and solutions
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to IoT, AR, AI and other platforms
Requirements For Tech Solutions Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years proven experience in installation, configuration and support of hardware and software
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, SW Development, or similar technologies
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Preferred: Experience with cloud-based solutions and deployment
- Preferred: Certifications (CCNA, CompTIA, Cloud, DevOps, IoT)
