Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer - Reporting

Addepar is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Reporting Team. The role involves building a scalable, feature-rich billing system for wealth management firms of all sizes. The platform will enable clients to accurately bill for their services by managing fee structures, billing clients, and reconciling payments received.

The ideal candidate should love building rich user experiences and efficient, scalable backends. They will work closely with product and design teams to deliver great products. The engineering stack primarily consists of a Java backend with an Ember frontend, but experience with specific tools is not required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with designers and product owners to design and deliver significant features
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to an inclusive engineering culture
• Advocating for standard methodologies and process improvements
• Helping the team develop pragmatic solutions to sophisticated problems

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a professional software engineer
• Experience with Java and at least one Java application framework
• Collaborative approach to building feature-rich user experiences
• Experience with Ember, finance, and public cloud environments is a plus
