Responsibilities For Associate Engineering Program Manager

  • Proactively drive program execution and associated scope, timeline and resources
  • Support the development of cross-team project plans by gathering requirements
  • Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program information
  • Coordinate and facilitate operational, project, and executive meetings
  • Work closely with Product Managers to build clear project plans
  • Perform risk management and resolve project-specific issues
  • Deliver clear status communication to project teams and leadership
  • Assist Engineering Managers with resource assessment
  • Engage with regional teams for international deployment

Requirements For Associate Engineering Program Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of program/project management experience preferably with large enterprise web projects
  • Hands on experience with Agile & project management methodologies
  • Solid understanding of Web technologies, including web content management systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki
  • Prior experience with Adobe Workfront is preferred
  • Excellent business partner management and presentation skills
