Requirements For Computer Scientist 2 (Security)

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Engineering related field or 9-12 years in IT Security position
  • Proficient in automation and testing
  • In-depth understanding of Windows, Mac UNIX/Linux-based systems
  • Solid understanding of machine-to-machine and application-to-machine connections using MFA, certificates, tokens
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, secure by design, least privileged and zero trust
  • Experience in DevSecOps principles, building and supporting containerized systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, Docker, Git)
