Responsibilities For Computer Scientist (Devops) :: I

  • Develop software/tools and provide technical expertise to design, deploy, and optimize Cloud services
  • Use tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform to manage environments
  • Participate in release cycles, integrate with CI/CD tools, monitor systems, and manage changes
  • Set up monitoring tools, ensure system reliability, solve issues, and optimize system performance
  • Identify single points of failure and implement resilient solutions
  • Implement security methodologies in deployment and development processes
  • Participate in on-call duties and resolve issues
  • Build automation and tools to increase team productivity
  • Evangelize SRE principles and guide development teams

Requirements For Computer Scientist (Devops) :: I

Kubernetes
Python
JavaScript
Node.js
  • B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science from a premier institute
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development and DevOps
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Travis CI)
  • Experience writing applications using NodeJS, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience using and building containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift
  • Experience scaling high-throughput services
  • Experience with tools like NewRelic, Splunk, or Prometheus
  • Excellent communication skills
