Description For Data Engineer

Adobe is seeking a BI Developer to join their dedicated software design team. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you'll contribute to all aspects of software coding and design. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts to understand design specifications and convert requirements into database, ETL, or reporting solutions. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a hardworking team and contribute to projects with global impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • System integration of heterogeneous data sources
  • Working on technologies used in DW & BI solutions design, development, testing, deployment, and operations
  • Developing and maintaining user documentation, architecture designs, and data flow diagrams
  • Delivering scalable solutions on MSBI and Azure Cloud platform
  • Implementing source code versioning and data quality assurance processes
  • Collaborating with business professionals, application developers, and technical staff in an agile environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL Server, SSIS, DW, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence
  • Strong knowledge of TSQL, stored procedures, and database performance tuning
  • Proficiency in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Dimensional Modelling concepts
  • Experience in crafting, developing & maintaining ETL, database & OLAP Schema and Public Objects
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (ADF, Databricks & Azure SQL) is a plus
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
