Responsibilities For Design Manager, Enterprise AI Experiences
- Be a hands-on design manager, growing and mentoring a small, focused team
- Coach and mentor designers, attract talent, hire, grow, retain and promote designers
- Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and ML experts
- Guide projects through full product development cycles
- Champion collaborative work environment and set high design quality standards
- Collaborate with design partners across Experience Cloud
- Champion culture of research and validation
- Evangelize AI-first design approach
- Lead design execution across releases
- Represent team across senior leadership levels
Requirements For Design Manager, Enterprise AI Experiences
- 5+ years of industry experience in experience design
- 2+ years of people management and UX leadership experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in design-related field
- Strong operational skills
- History of facilitating collaboration between design, product development, and engineering
- Experience with research and experimentation integration
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience designing for AI experiences (preferred)
- Experience designing UX for Enterprise companies (preferred)
