Description For Design Manager, Enterprise AI Experiences

Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Design Manager to help create next-generation AI experiences for technical enterprise users. In this role, you'll lead a small, focused team to define the possibilities within this dynamic space. You'll be responsible for growing and mentoring designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding projects through full product development cycles, and championing a culture of research and validation. You'll lead the charge in defining AI-first design approaches that can be scaled for design teams across Adobe.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a small, focused design team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and machine learning experts • Guide projects through full product development cycles • Champion a collaborative work environment and set high standards for design quality • Collaborate with design partners across Experience Cloud and Adobe Design • Lead all aspects of design execution across releases • Represent the team and its work to senior leadership

Requirements: • 5+ years of industry experience in experience design • 2+ years of people management and UX leadership experience • Strong operational skills and ability to drive initiatives across organizations • Experience integrating research and experimentation into the design process • Passion for driving design process and product strategy • Strong communication skills to present ideas to all functions of the organization

Nice-to-haves: • Experience designing AI experiences • Experience designing UX for an Enterprise company
