- Collaborate and partner with Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research leaders
- Combine design vision and execution to achieve results
- Mentor and develop team members
- Partner with Research and Data to ensure design decisions are data-driven
- Stay updated on industry trends and optimize PLG approaches
- Advocate and educate cross-functional teams about PLG
- Communicate design strategy effectively to leadership
Requirements For Design Manager, Growth – Document Cloud
- 10+ years in product design industry
- 5+ years of people management and leadership experience
- Experience helping teams conduct research and present results
- Experience working in large global teams
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
