The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern development frameworks including Java and React.
As Director, you'll work closely with Product Management, Design, and Marketing teams to define and execute product roadmaps. You'll be responsible for mentoring teams, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring alignment with Adobe's broader strategic goals. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, while collaborating with teams across Adobe's Document Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud organizations.

Responsibilities For Director - Engineering
- Provide technical vision and leadership to teams

Requirements For Director - Engineering
- More than 18 years' experience in software development and engineering leadership roles
- At least 8 years as a people manager
- At least 4 years' experience as a second level manager
- Experience in leading large scale distributed systems
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, React and cloud technologies
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science from a premiere institute
