Key responsibilities include leading technical program management efforts aligned with Adobe's business strategies, developing and driving strategy for real-time customer data platform initiatives, and leading large-scale, cross-functional programs. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, including VPs, SVPs, and C-level executives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, and deep understanding of software development processes. They should excel in communication and collaboration, demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision-making, and have experience with major cloud platforms.
Adobe offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,200 to $280,600 annually, with additional benefits including equity awards and an Annual Incentive Plan. Requirements For Director, Engineering Program Management
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- 20+ years of experience in technical program management
- 7+ years leading cross-functional teams in large-scale organizations
- Strong expertise in enterprise-scale data platforms
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Cosmos DB
- Deep understanding of software development processes
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- PMP or Agile certifications (preferred)
