Description For Director, Product Manager

Adobe is seeking a Director, Product Manager to help build, guide and define the strategy for the future of their digital asset management offering. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in developing SaaS products and proven success in the DAM industry.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to help develop strategies and drive ongoing business and product direction. A specific understanding of the content lifecycle - from concept to completion - is essential for success in this role.

As Director of Product Management, you'll be responsible for designing and developing products from definition through launch and end-of-life. You'll work closely with customers and field teams to define requirements while considering market dynamics and competitive landscapes. The role involves extensive collaboration across teams including sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, and engineering.

Responsibilities For Director, Product Manager

  • Design, develop and lead a specific product or group of services from definition and planning through launch, usage, and end of life
  • Define product requirements and use cases based on input from customers, the field, and surveying the overall DAM market & competitive landscape
  • Engage with diverse partners – sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, engineering
  • Assist in driving field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinars
