Creative Cloud Express is a next-generation content creation platform used by millions of individuals, small businesses, social media marketers, students, and educators who want a fast, fun, and frictionless solution to media creation and sharing.

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Android application team to enable anyone to author content like a pro.

What you'll do

  • As the engineering manager for the Android Express development team, you will lead development of features in our hybrid web/native code application.

  • Mentor team members. Plan for and support their career growth.
  • Propose and implement process changes to scale the overall velocity of the team
  • Provide clear insight into development status and platform health to executive leadership. Facilitate investigations into emerging issues in collaboration with the larger Express organization.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.

What you need to succeed

  • Based in San Francisco or Seattle
  • 4+ years of experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience shipping commercial mobile applications, as well as managing emerging issues and escalations from the field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Leadership Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-Solving:

Preferred Qualifications:
