Engineering Manager, Express Mobile Apps

As the Engineering Manager for the Android Express development team, you will lead the development of features in our hybrid web/native code application that serves millions of individuals, small businesses, social media marketers, students, and educators.

You will be responsible for leading a team focused on enabling anyone to author content like a pro. Your role involves collaborating with product management, engineers, and dependent teams to determine and implement test execution plans. You'll manage both development and QE teams, ensuring continuous quality assurance even after feature deployment.

Key aspects of your role include:

• Leading the Android application team's development efforts
• Grooming features and developing estimates with cross-functional teams
• Managing Quality Engineering teams including vendor QE based manual testers
• Mentoring team members and supporting their career growth
• Implementing process improvements to enhance team velocity
• Providing clear insights to executive leadership
