The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years of people management, strong technical expertise in web development, and excellent communication skills. - Build and lead a team of world class engineers

Requirements For Engineering Manager - GenStudio
- B.S or M.S. degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Proven people management skills in leading teams of 3 or more
- Web development expertise
- Strong prioritization and sense of urgency
- Understanding of business context and requirements
- Knowledge of software development methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
