Responsibilities For Expert Frontend Engineer with Page Speed Focus
- Conduct detailed performance audits of Google Core Web Vitals for AEM Customers
- Leverage tools like DevTools, RUM, Puppeteer, or Lighthouse CI for benchmarking
- Implement marketing technology stack integrations while maintaining page speed
- Collaborate with customers to discuss performance analysis findings
- Transform insights into data-backed hypotheses through A/B testing
- Develop rapid prototypes using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Drive automation of performance improvements
Requirements For Expert Frontend Engineer with Page Speed Focus
- BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or shown achievements in web development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (Vanilla), CSS3, and HTML5
- Deep understanding of web performance metrics and optimization techniques
- Experience with Core Web Vitals, critical CSS, lazy loading, and prefetching
- Proven ability to improve Lighthouse scores
- Experience with Python for building automation scripts (advantage)
- Previous experience with optimization problems with personalization engines (plus)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
