The position requires a seasoned professional with at least 8 years of data science experience and 3 years of hands-on AI/ML development. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated algorithms that protect Adobe's platforms from various forms of fraud, including bot attacks, Account Takeover (ATO) incidents, phishing schemes, and product misuse.

As a Lead Engineer, you'll work with state-of-the-art technologies and frameworks, including Python, Java, SQL, and modern big data tools like Databricks and Hadoop. The role involves both technical leadership and hands-on development, requiring expertise in CI/CD practices, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and version control with Git.

Requirements For Lead AI/ML Engineer - Fraud

  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD.) in Computer Science, Data Science or related field, or Bachelors with relevant experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of Data Science experience
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in developing AI, ML, DL, and NLP algorithms
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of AI-based strategies to combat online fraud
  • Deep understanding of online fraud activity, including bots, ATOs, phishing, theft, and misuse
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, SQL
  • Familiarity with Jira and Git workflows
  • Strong understanding of unit testing and CI/CD
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
