Principal Engineering Program Manager

Your responsibilities will include maintaining deep technical understanding of solutions, driving cross-team collaboration, implementing sophisticated project management practices, and partnering with executive management to align projects with Adobe's strategic goals. You'll be accountable for delivering projects within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints while coordinating project sequencing to ensure continuous progress.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in software engineering projects and program management, with a proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary projects. You should excel at planning and managing schedules, priorities, issues, and dependencies while maintaining strong communication across all levels of the organization.

Adobe offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $143,200 - $269,900 annually, participation in the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), and potential long-term incentives through equity awards.
