Description For Principal Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities For Principal Engineering Program Manager

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners to implement GenStudio's product strategies
  • Create and track detailed delivery plans, traceability matrix, dependency management, resource allocations
  • Manage risks/issues management and remediation, release readiness, velocity/execution tracking
  • Connect with customers, partners, and internal team members
  • Maintain technical end-to-end understanding of the solution
  • Effectively motivate and influence people at all levels
