Principal Engineering Program Manager

Adobe is seeking a Principal Engineering Program Manager for their DX Cloud, AEP & Apps Portfolio, specifically for the Adobe-on-Adobe Program. This is a crucial role where you'll collaborate with Customer Engineering to lead programs, track priorities, and drive agile product development. The position requires a strong technical background and passion for efficient engineering processes.

As the Voice of the Customer at Adobe, you'll work closely with product and engineering leaders to influence roadmap decisions through data-driven approaches. The role demands both technical expertise and business acumen, with opportunities to shape DX AEP & Apps and Adobe's overall success.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of technical program management experience, with strong capabilities in building data dashboards, structuring programs, and leading teams through change. You'll be responsible for managing global, cross-functional teams, maintaining technical understanding of solutions, and creating executive-level presentations.

Key responsibilities include developing program plans, allocating resources, managing risks, building dashboards in Jira/PowerBI, and coordinating multiple concurrent programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
