Adobe is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join their GenStudio Product Management team. This is a high-visibility role focused on developing and leading strategic initiatives for Adobe's enterprise content supply chain solutions.
The role involves working with Adobe's GenStudio, an integrated portfolio of products designed to automate and accelerate enterprise and digital agency content supply chains. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll be responsible for envisioning, building, and delivering technology solutions that empower enterprise customers and digital agencies to scale content and deliver hyper-personalized experiences.
Your responsibilities will span across planning and roadmap activities, managing dynamic priorities, aligning core teams and partners, and communicating status both vertically and horizontally within Adobe and to customers. This cross-functional position requires extensive collaboration with various teams at Adobe, as well as with customers and external vendors.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges, backed by a proven track record in product management and experience working with marketing teams, creative teams, and/or agencies. Key responsibilities include leading strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a user-centric approach to product development. You'll also be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing comprehensive product roadmaps, and influencing decision-making at senior levels.
The position requires 8+ years of product management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of enterprise software sales and SaaS development. Knowledge of market-leading software in the marketing and creative industry is essential, as is experience with product analytics software.
Adobe offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $145,100 - $273,200 annually, depending on location and experience.
