You'll be responsible for driving alignment across multiple organizations including Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Product Management, Development, Customer Experience, and more.

As Principal Program Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives by partnering with senior leaders to build roadmaps and transform them into executable plans. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of new product launches, ensuring features and marketing activities are delivered on time with the highest quality. Responsibilities For Principal Program Manager

  • Lead programs or projects involving department and cross-functional teams focused on new product offerings
  • Drive alignment across cross functional teams to meet key business objectives
  • Lead all aspects of program management for new product launches
  • Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps
  • Facilitate communication to partners throughout the organization, including C-level executives
  • Drive release management activities
  • Build playbooks and methodologies for other teams

Requirements For Principal Program Manager

  • 10+ years of related experience, including project/program management experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, Master Degree preferred
  • Deep experience running large, intricate programs spanning many organizations and executives
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills
  • PMP, CSM, Agile Training preferred
  • Technical curiosity and ability to understand how things work
