Responsibilities For Product Manager

  • Work with support and sales representatives to understand their goals and challenges
  • Define product vision and strategy for customer omnichannel conversation experiences
  • Make Adobe customers successful through 1:1 interactions
  • Define new agent and customer experiences based on feedback and insights
  • Lead experimentation efforts including product pilots and A/B tests
  • Partner with IT teams to coordinate development and implementation
  • Advocate for both support/sales agents' and end customers' experiences

Requirements For Product Manager

  • Experience in product management, working with designers and engineers
  • Experience running end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
  • Experience launching large-scale internal projects
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field, or significant work experience
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Ability to bring new ideas
