Quality Engineering Manager - Mobile

Adobe is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for the Acrobat iOS team in the Document Cloud group. This role involves leading a team of quality professionals, ensuring high-quality releases, and implementing strategies for testing across multiple features. The manager will be responsible for maintaining quality metrics, working with engineering teams to resolve defects, and supporting initiatives to increase quality through automated, performance, and regression testing. They will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovations in the Generative AI space.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of quality engineers and software engineers in test
• Developing quality and automation practices
• Implementing process changes to scale testing efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure QA coverage
• Setting priorities and removing roadblocks for the team
• Assessing release status and ensuring timely, high-quality releases
• Building metrics to measure and monitor product performance
• Supporting customer engagement activities

The ideal candidate will have:

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of quality engineering or software development in test experience
• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong leadership skills in an agile environment
• Expertise in test and tool development methodology
• Experience working with global teams
• Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills
• Experience in rapidly-changing environments
• Knowledge of mobile (preferably iOS) automation
