Senior Computer Scientist

Adobe Digital Media Romania is seeking a Senior Computer Scientist to join their innovative team working on next-generation Creative Cloud applications and services. The Digital Media organization has more than 200 employees in Romania, managing various products such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Stock, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Express.

As a Senior Computer Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing web applications using C++ or TypeScript. You'll explore and integrate advanced web technologies like Web Workers, WebAssembly, React, and Web Components to improve application performance and user experience. Collaboration with multi-functional teams is key to ensure flawless integration of graphics components.

Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance optimization. You'll partner with fellow engineers and partners on the design and development of solutions and integrations. Technical leadership within your team is expected, and you'll act as a mentor to more junior engineers. You'll also review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, and creative problem-solving.
