Description For Senior Computer Scientist II

Adobe Experience Platform is revolutionizing how companies manage and leverage customer data. As a Senior Computer Scientist II on the Trust and Governance engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of building critical services that ensure data security and compliance for some of the world's largest companies.

The role combines deep technical expertise in distributed systems with a focus on data governance and security. You'll be working on Adobe's next-generation platform that powers the Adobe Experience Cloud, developing microservices that handle data usage, access control, encryption, and tokenization at massive scale.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on Adobe's future direction. You'll own architectural decisions, mentor other engineers, and work directly with leadership to shape both technical and product strategy. The position requires someone who can not only build robust, scalable systems but also effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of distributed systems experience and a proven track record of building technology solutions for highly regulated industries. You should be comfortable working in an agile environment and have expertise with large-scale data systems.

Adobe offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $170,500 to $320,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and equity opportunities. The company is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where innovation thrives.

This role is based in Lehi, Utah, where you'll join a collaborative team focused on building trust with customers through technical excellence. If you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges while enabling enterprise data governance at scale, this position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences.
