Responsibilities For Senior Director, Firefly Enterprise Engineering
- Lead engineering strategy, management, and execution
- Partner with product management, design, technical program management, and customer functions
- Define clear & committed product engineering roadmap
- Establish key engineering processes, hygiene, backlog management
- Drive objectives and key results to measure success
- Spot risks, find opportunities, articulate implications
- Interact with customers for deep understanding
- Present to Digital Media and Adobe leadership on innovations
- Lead development of genAI features & products
Requirements For Senior Director, Firefly Enterprise Engineering
- 10+ years of demonstrated engineering management leadership
- Experience in creative workflows, API/developer experience, GenAI/ML, enterprise software
- Proven experience in a 'start-up' or '0 > 1' scaling environment
- Extreme passion for solving customer problems
- Excellent connector of people, ideas, activity
- Outstanding analytic, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to context switch across products, projects, and customers
- Work across internal engineering and research teams
