Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile)

Adobe is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager for Mobile to join their Mobile Experience team, focusing on developing mobile SDKs and apps that power interactive experiences for Fortune 500 companies. This role is part of Adobe Experience Cloud, a $3B+ business serving 95%+ of fortune 500 organizations.

The position involves leading the development of Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs and Enterprise Mobile apps across iOS/Android/React Native/Flutter platforms. You'll work closely with product management and design teams to shape the product roadmap and user experience while managing development lifecycles and ensuring transparency to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of engineers in designing, building, and maintaining features for Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs and Enterprise Mobile apps
• Partnering with product and design teams to define product strategy and priorities
• Driving technical vision and roadmap development with architects and engineering teams
• Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and team development through mentorship
• Staying current with mobile technology trends and implementing innovative solutions

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 14+ years of software development experience
• 7+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong technical background in mobile platforms and app development
