Adobe is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager for their Mobile Experience team to lead the development of mobile SDKs and apps used by Fortune 500 companies. This role is part of Adobe Experience Cloud, a USD 3B+ business serving 95%+ of fortune 500 organizations. The position focuses on Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), which provides a platform for designing cross-channel customer experiences and campaign orchestration.
The ideal candidate will lead a team developing features for Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs and Enterprise Mobile apps across iOS/Android/React Native/Flutter platforms. They will work closely with product management and design teams to shape the product roadmap while ensuring technical excellence and innovation in mobile experiences.
Key responsibilities include owning product development lifecycle, collaborating on technical vision, and building high-performing teams through mentorship and coaching. The role requires strong technical expertise in mobile development, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive consensus while making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities For Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile)
- Work with team of engineers to Design, Build and Maintain features in Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDKs and Enterprise Mobile apps
- Partner with product management and design teams to define product roadmap
- Own progress of the product through development lifecycle
- Follow new trends in marketplace and implement innovative mobile experiences
- Collaborate with architects to build technical vision
- Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent
- Use data and instinct to make rapid decisions
Requirements For Senior Engineering Manager (Mobile)
- B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science
- 14+ years of shown experience in software development
- Minimum of 7 years leading software engineering teams
- Hands on knowledge of mobile platforms and mobile app development experience
- Strong technical background and analytical abilities
- Knowledge and experience of working on CI/CD pipelines
- Problem solving demeanour with focus on customer delight
- Strong leadership to drive consensus on requirements
- Track record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers
