Responsibilities For Senior Engineering Manager - Mobile GenAI
- Lead and develop a hardworking and creative engineering team passionate about contributing to pdf workflows and creating excellent user experiences
- Partner with product management and design teams to define and refine the product road map, user experience, priorities and schedule
- Own progress of the product through the development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities
- Attract, hire, on-board and retain top talent, supporting and developing the team through mentorship
- Use a combination of data and instinct to make decisions and move at a rapid pace
- Craft a culture of collaboration and shared accomplishments
Requirements For Senior Engineering Manager - Mobile GenAI
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in software engineering
- Minimum of 8 years leading software engineering teams
- Strong technical background and analytical abilities, with experience in developing iOS applications
- Excellent technical skills in developing complex software products
- Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements
- Track record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers
- Demonstrated results working in a diverse, global, collaborative team-focused environment
