The AI Foundations team is central to Adobe Express's mission of making design accessible to everyone through cutting-edge AI capabilities. As the Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for developing modular, reusable AI systems and building a robust Horizon AI Stack that will transform creative workflows. This is a founding leadership role that will help establish the direction and foundation of AI innovation within Adobe Express.

Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, team building, and strategic partnership development. You'll oversee all aspects of machine learning product development, from ML modeling to quality evaluations, while building and mentoring a diverse team of ML engineers and data scientists. The role requires fostering strong collaborations with Adobe Research and other teams to balance innovative research ideas with practical business needs.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, with at least 3 years of team management experience. You should have a strong technical foundation with an advanced degree in Computer Science, ML, or related field, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in creative domains and exposure to LLMs and Diffusion Models is highly valued.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $168,200 to $340,100 annually, with additional benefits including equity awards and annual incentives.
