In this role, you'll define the vision and strategy for Decision Sciences, establishing it as the intelligence foundation of AEP's agentic framework. You'll drive innovation in predictive analytics and real-time optimization while collaborating with AI/ML researchers and engineers to align Decision Sciences innovations with Experience Cloud applications.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ML environment experience and 3+ years of people management expertise.
