This role combines product management expertise with cybersecurity knowledge to drive the development of Adobe's global Identity Services platform. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on cybersecurity and identity management systems. They will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic roadmaps, collaborating across multiple teams, and ensuring the platform meets security, performance, and scale requirements. Responsibilities For Senior Product Manager
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Support teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate and launch new product ideas and innovations
- Develop 9 – 18-month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and pain points
- Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers
- Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap
- Manage cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery
- Present business and product strategy to and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements For Senior Product Manager
- Relevant Bachelor's degree and/or an advanced degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity
- Well versed with cybersecurity concepts, inherent risks and mitigations needed to build a secure Identity platform
- Well versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in or strong understanding of managing end to end product life cycles
- Strong understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management
- Establishing success measures/product/feature KPIs, and regularly monitors and adjusts execution strategy to achieve
